Evening & Sunday Urgent Care

For urgent medical concerns, we are available on Monday through Thursday evenings and on Sunday morning to assist you.

To access the after hours clinic you must call the same day to be seen. This is a 3 hour time window of coverage and the time slots do fill up quickly, so if you have an issue, please call as soon as you are aware. Please note that these are for same day urgent appointments and not routine follow ups.

You will not be able to choose the time, as the staff book appointments in the sequence of available slots.

Hours:

• Monday-Thursday 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM (last appt 7:45)
• Sunday 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon (last appt 11:45)

Accessing the Urgent Clinic:

To reach the after-hours clinic, call our office at 905-709-9709 during the regular office phone hours the same day.

At times unavoidable, but when you use external walk-in clinics, your family doctor does not receive communications about your visit, and is unlikely to receive any subsequent testing that may have been ordered.

If you have an urgent concern outside of office hours and on-call hours, call 811 to speak with a registered nurse for health advice. This free service is available 24/7. Formerly known as Telehealth Ontario.
